I thought the item I purchased was a flimsy 2 chair bistro set. I can't believe how well made it is. And heavy. Good thing for free shipping! Perusing now for my next find.

John was extremely helpful through both times I made a purchase. Customer service was excellent and the delivery was no problem at all. I would use Kydeco again for sure.

The personal touch made this a very satisfactory purchase transaction. The Etsy website was not as user friendly as I would have liked but the folks at Kydeco helped me out. The shipping seemed a little mysterious but the order did arrive. I suspect small operators allowed the “free shipping” in exchange we didn’t always know where our order was in the delivery process. The last 24 hours, which seemed to have been when the local delivery driver had the shipment, the communication was direct and accurate via text.

Great customer service when I had questions delivery was easy and the product is as they described

Piss poor coordination with delivery company. I still have not received my purchase. I was home on scheduled delivery date, and they canceled. I don’t hear from them for three weeks. Then when I’m out of town, they give me a date they want to deliver. Obviously 8 can’t be there so no response. No customer service. No one to coordinate delivery. Just wait for some randalom date every few weeks to see if you are available? I would never had bought the item if I knew this would have been my experience.

Hey Brad! We’re really glad we were able to connect with you and ultimately get everything resolved. We completely understand your frustration with the delivery experience and apologize for the delays and lack of communication from the shipping company. Once we became aware of what was happening, we did everything we could to advocate for you and get the delivery across the finish line. Most importantly, we’re really happy to hear that you love the sofa! We appreciate your patience throughout the process and your feedback. We’re always working to improve, especially when it comes to the delivery experience, and we’ll keep getting better every day. Thank you again, Brad!

Sofa looks even better in person than it did on the website. Looks brand new. I needed it delivered across the country pretty quickly and they made it happen. The delivery company was great. No complaints whatsoever. I wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again.

Very easy transaction. I had a question regarding the item and got a quick response. The delivery was quick and the gentleman delivering the item was a great communicator.

I wanted to change some things regarding my order and their client service was super attentive and helpful. Everything worked out fine, also when a little part was missing - it was delivered separately after.
