Delivery men first rate. Waiting period a bit long. Out of a large order, one item disappointing. Color was not as described. I have recommended this site to others

The support from Jude o staff was great. Worked with me to hold purchase until I was able to accept delivery. However, the delivery person came alone with a very heavy object and limited knowledge of assembly. So, that could have presented a problem if my husband was not able to assist with carrying the heavy product up, and, assisting with assembly of the product.

The personal touch made this a very satisfactory purchase transaction. The Etsy website was not as user friendly as I would have liked but the folks at Kydeco helped me out. The shipping seemed a little mysterious but the order did arrive. I suspect small operators allowed the “free shipping” in exchange we didn’t always know where our order was in the delivery process. The last 24 hours, which seemed to have been when the local delivery driver had the shipment, the communication was direct and accurate via text.
