I ordered a night dresser from them last week. Delivery was really fast, the dresser was beautiful and the communication and service was top notch. Highly recommend!

I buy all my furniture here and the item descriptions photos on their website is always 100% accurate. Just ordered a dresser and it came quickly and it was 50% off retail.

The support from Jude o staff was great. Worked with me to hold purchase until I was able to accept delivery. However, the delivery person came alone with a very heavy object and limited knowledge of assembly. So, that could have presented a problem if my husband was not able to assist with carrying the heavy product up, and, assisting with assembly of the product.

the table I purchased "open box" had more damage than shown. I was expecting the one blemish shown in the photos on the top which I was ok with for the price. Instead there were two others caused by screws coming thru from the bottom and splitting the wood. Additionally it appears to have been broken and fully sloppily reglued underneath, which wasn't shown at all. I should have checked the item over more throroughly when delivered :(

I bought a piece of furniture that was supposedly verified for quality. It wasn’t. The item was heavily damaged, and it was not something the delivery caused. To be fair, they did refund me, but I just don’t trust their “verification” at all.
