The delivery was very easy; they adjusted their delivery to fit my schedule. The item was great, in perfect condition. The only thing i would comment on is, i purchased after speaking with customer service on a Thursday and the item went on sale the next day at 25% off and they did not give me that extra discount.

I'm so happy with this mirror. It's a designer piece and I got it for way less than I expected to pay, so I was honestly a little nervous it wouldn't live up to the photos. It did. What you see in the listing is exactly what shows up at your door, no surprises. The service was great from start to finish too. It's completely changed the feel of our space and I've already had people ask where it's from. Would absolutely order from them again and recommend them to anyone looking.

My purchase was just as promised and delivered on time with in home set up.

On time delivery - polite and professional team.

Subpar order communication for updates and two suspicious charges related to purchase and associated AI tracking/notification services that I had to dispute with my bank

Honestly, I was a little nervous purchasing from this site as it doesn’t have a ton of reviews but I was so pleasantly surprised! I ordered a sectional piece for my couch for about $250 under asking price and they gave me FREE SHIPPING! It got here in about 10 days, I live in Missouri. It was packaged really well and exactly as described. It’s in great shape and we love the new addition to our couch! I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Thank you!!

Good communication about process and flexibility on delivery date
