I would highly recommend KV Supply to anyone! I was brand new to ordering medications for my aging pet when I first used their services. Since then, I have ordered several items, and have been totally satisfied with their service, shipping time and handling, and with their huge selection of items. Their prices are lower than any other mail order supplier that I've explored, and half the price of meds through my dog's vet. They were recommended to me by one of the vet techs, and I recommend them to others!

Well I used my phone to order which made it not very user friendly. I did not have an option to fax or email my rx only to mail which then delayed the order which in turn I then had to purchase it double from my vet. Then it needs to be shipped cold this is why I paid $30 for shipping & it was shipped in a box with a bubble wrapped pouch with newspaper wrapped around the insulin and one ice pack I was very disappointed most with this because I've gotten it shipped before and it would come in an insulated box that might be worth the $30 shipping because the ice that it came with was already melted and I hope the product will still be good because there is no refund. So if they listen to this maybe there shipping will be corrected!

Representative was very helpful when I called to complete my order. Shipping was fast but there was nothing used (bubble wrap, styrofoam,etc) to protect the contents inside the box. The box was crushed when I received it. Luckily everything in the box was ok.

A recent order over the phone I got the wrong product. More recently I used the net & got the correct item and rapid delivery.
