Recently adopted a Lab from a rescue group. I was told I would need to put ear drops in her ears twice a week for the rest of Kaley's life. Purchased a small bottle through my Vet Clinic. The Lab Rescue group told me about KV Supply. I was able to get the same exact product in a larger size for half the price thru KV. I have three rescue Dogs so anywhere I can save money is so helpful without skimping on quality.

I'm deaf so I have to order from your web sight. It's an order that needed a script from my vet. Fax number and info supplied. Calling to confirm my order does not work for me. No place on the order does it have an area to explain to email me. I also tried to change the account to my name due to my mother passing away. My email address was used to order her things prior and the address is the same. The whole thing is a big mess and I still don't know if my order is placed in limbo or canceled.

It's a cinch to navigate their web site and if I have questions and need to call, their customer service people are always friendly and helpful. It is so appreciated, particularly when I have a sick pet and am stressed to begin with! They send my orders out promptly and are always well-packed.
