Product arrived as promised. A little concerned medication was shipped by UPS in this excessive heat. The box was blazing hot when it arrived. Was assured by call center rep that medication was okay to be shipped by UPS in the heat. Trusting that the 12 month supply survived without any deterioration of the medication.

I purchased a variety of items for both horses and dogs. Delivery was quick and the items were in perfect condition. My daughter, who is very particular about what is purchased for her horse was pleasantly surprised at the quality of my purchase and is looking to shop here herself. I had been purchasing injectable saline solution for my rabbit who was in kidney failure, and I spent a great deal of money at this company over the years. I had placed my last order, and in the meantime my rabbit sadly passed away. I contacted them and asked if it was possible to have the price of the products refunded and explained my rabbit had died, and said I would pay the return shipping. They told me no, they could not refund for prescription items. I would understand this for safety reasons, HOWEVER, these bags are double sealed, to tamper with it I would have to rip open the outer seal, but the bigger issue was it was never even in my possession as I told them in the email, it had NOT been delivered to me, it was still in transit, and they knew it was never in my possession. I had to go to the UPS store to sign for it and pick it up, still sealed. The entire process would have been monitored that it was there, I never accepted it and paid to ship it back, therefore it would be impossible for me to open and tamper with it. It isn't rocket science.KV Supply are money hungry jerks, who are cruel, thanks, I really wanted that reminder of my rabbit dying in my arms when I picked up my package. I was going to not pick it up at all, and just let it be sent back, but you know damn well they would have resold it because it was unopened, and there was no way I was going to let them profit on it twice. I have told everyone I know about it, and told them NOT to use them for supplies, and I know many rescue people, all of whom are appalled.
