I started on the internet to place and order, but the site was not taking the promotional code for July. I called and spoke to Jean and she assisted me with the process and helped me complete my order. There was a glitch with the order and it was not showing a credit for my order, but she corrected the order and I love the person-to-person service that was provided. Love the products offered and the great prices.

Your service was excellent, however the Petite Greenies have given my dog very loose, green stools with blood in them. He shows no other sign of illness so I am quite sure they caused the problem. I realize this is not your fault but it was a lot of money wasted.
