I am so happy with my Heartgard Plus order from KV Supply. They called my vet for the prescription. The order arrived in less than a week. The cost of the 12 month supply was 40% cheaper than my vet. I will definitely order from KV Supply in the future.

They say they ship the same day...well they don't! I called everyday asking when my order was going to ship and they would say "it's shipping today" when it never did. Finally they said my order got misplaced. I ordered enough product for the free shipping but they reduced the quantity of an item. I asked why they reduced the quantity and they said "oh we have a limit as to how many you can order". Well why don't they indicate that on their website? Their prices are less than their competitors but the service is lousy. I would never order from them again.

They have just what I needed when my dog needed it most

I'm not sure why KV can't keep my dog's prescription on file or why I need to go through the hassle of getting a new prescription every time I want to order a simple heart worm medication. It's a huge pain every single time I order from KV.
