I received my dog's medication in a timely fashion and exactly as described.

I was looking for an elevated feeder for my Great Danes and specifically searched for bowls that were five quarts in size. When the item arrived, the bowls were clearly too small, holding maybe two quarts each, even though the website listed them as four quarts. However, the real nightmare came when I tried to return the item. I called to inquire about the company's return policy and was told that since the item was discontinued I could only send it back to exchange it. However, there is no free return shipping, so I drove over to the post office, only to find out it would cost $22 to send it back (this is for an item that originally cost $29). I called the company to ask if there was anything they could do to resolve this situation, only to be told since it was a discontinued item I could not even exchange it. So potential-buyers beware!!! If you are not 100% sure of your purchase, stick with Amazon, who offer FREE returns.
