KV SupplyReviews of kvsupply.com

The website was not user friendly but the staff was very helpful! Problem resolved within two days

I have ordered flea and tick and heart worm medicine for quite a few years now. Always had a pleasant representative in the line when needed. The website doesn't say exactly where and when to complete a prescription request. It's not until you place the order. I have two dogs and the button to click auto fill for next pet didn't complete. I also requested a call back from pharmacist due to one of my dogs developed seizures and not sure if med is safe for her. I have never had a bad experience in the past and will continue to use them. Hopefully they will fix the bugs on the website and I will contact the pharmacist.

I received my most recent order the very next day. This has happened several times. Amazingly fast delivery with no errors!

Very great prices for my cat's supplies.

KV made ordering HeartGard super simple. I placed my order online and they used my previous vet info to contact them and get the prescription. They made it completely hassle free. Plus their pricing is the best around!!!! I won't go anywhere else

Ordered a veterinary prescription online, and the follow up and timeliness were excellent. Product was delivered in the time as promised, in good protected packaging.

Prices and products are great Website really slow and persription process really outdated and not efficient

Like the array of products and the prices are fair and equitable with other websites. One product did not meet expectations--an Aussie flamingo rope toy--10 week old schnauzer puppy shredded neck in two days. Always supervised, but surprised it didn't stand up to pup chewing. Service was prompt and order shipped in good time. Really like the Charlie Bear grain free snacks--low calorie and great for training and low calorie for our older dog.
