I get my orders in no time at all ! Just wish they would have my Lubrisyn joint supplement in human form. I get it for my dogs & horses regulary but have to order somewhere else for mine.

KV Supply shipment came on time with the correct product. The Heartworm Dog pills came up the cheapest through them.

Fast service and spoke to the the pharmacist who was very friendly and helpful.

I like KV because they have an excellent selection, products I can't readily find elsewhere and fair prices. I would order more often if not for their $5 handling fee. No other company I do business with charges a handling fee.

Ordering iverhart max was a tedious process. My vet and the pharmacy played phone tag for a week. After calling my vet they said that KV Supply was the most difficult to deal with and even asked how much I was saving to deal with it. I ordered the same meds for my other dog the next week and the same thing happened. I got it a bit quicker though the second time.

I wasn't happy that they charge $29 to ship temperature-sensitive items. This is the only place that has my cat's medication stocked regularly, so I have to buy it here. I'm glad that they stock it as she needs it and the vet's office charges way more for it. However, if the medication is temperature-sensitive (my vet says that it doesn't matter), then why is it OK to sit on my front porch all day in near-freezing temperatures after it's been delivered?
