A week after ordering meds, I finally email them to see what the shipping delay is. The next day I receive an email saying sorry, they don't ship to California any more. Why the heck wasn't this order canceled immediately then!? Seriously you just sit there and wait while someones sick pet needs meds!?!? Luckily my pet wasn't having an emergency otherwise this would have caused MINIMUM 2 weeks delay getting meds from another source. Someone over there needs to get fired NOW. You've lost a customer for life and I will make sure everyone I know never uses your website to order. What a joke.

KV Supply offers the same products as other online suppliers but at a much better price.

I switched to KV supply after noticing their prices were better on several items I purchased as a groomer/ pet owner. I have never had to pay shipping, and love the added bonus bucks. My last order was placed online and when I got to end of order saw that shipping was over 17.00! All items except one were free shipping. I understand the 1-1/2 gallon Natires Miracle is liquid and heavy but 17.00 for one item!! I called to check but KV was closed but I had the time and went ahead placing order figuring I would call next day which I did and was told UPS increased their shipping fees. I probably could have gone to a local retail pet supply and paid less considering what it cost me in shipping! Won't order anything liquid again from KV. Otherwise, until now, I've been very pleased and recommending KV to friends and clients.

Their website is user friendly and the prices are competitive. In several purchases over a couple of years, their customer service has been great.

I like KV Supply. They always have what I can't find at other places and their prices are always reasonable. Estimated delivery time always seems far away but then my packages always arrive earlier than estimated.
