ordering is easy...provide KV with your vet's fax # and they do the rest. They verify your pet with your vet, and then ship Heartguard very quickly! Truly respect and love this company. If they can't get through to your vet, they email you and let you know the status. Very respected vet supply company!

Don't even bother looking anywhere else. Every prescription, vitamin, and topical, that I have given to my pets (dogs & cats) over the past 6 years has come from KVVET. I've been a customer so long that I still refer to it by its old name (KVVET). Not only are they the best price BY FAR, but they are very proactive. One time I hurriedly ordered Heartgard and they contacted me to see if I really meant Heartgard PLUS (as I had ordered that in the past). Whew! So glad they had my back on that one! Prescriptions are easy to get filled and delivery is quick. I often compare vet prices and other web prices versus KV SUPPLY. KV SUPPLY is always the best. Like I said, don't go anywhere else!!

I have always had a good experience with KVSupply. They get my order to me in a timely manner and if I need to return something there is no problem.

Updating my original review from 1 star to 4 stars, due to the great customer service I received from KV Supply. KV Supply responded quickly to my request and resolved the issue to my satisfaction, and I believe them when they say that they did not intentionally hide the fact that the treats were made in China. I appreciate businesses who take care of their customers, and so I will continue to purchase from KV Supply in the future. Kudos to the KV Supply customer service team! Hopefully the website team will take my feedback and post pictures of the back of each product whenever they post pictures of the front. :) **** I trusted KV Supply to sell high-quality products for dogs, so imagine my horror when I received the N-Bone Quado dental chew products and saw that they are Made In China! KV Supply only shows the front of the product package, so there was no way for me to know that these are not made in the US (or any other trustworthy country). With all the unexplained pet deaths associated with China treats, I cannot believe that I spent my hard-earned money on China-made treats via KV Supply's website. I expect pet supply companies to filter through all the bad pet products, but apparently my trust in KV Supply was mis-placed...I will never support a business that purposely hides the fact that treats are made in China. KV Supply, don't just post pictures of the front of the package, please show the back as well so the consumer can see that these treats are from China, and therefore knowledgeable, concerned pet parents such as myself do not throw money down the drain on China-made treats. These 8(!) N-Bone packages are going straight to the trash where they belong, as I don't believe any dog should eat China-made treats and risk their health.

I have used KV Pets for years. I started with a monthly phone order and eventually went on to online orders. I am very satisfied with everything about KV Pets from their customer support to their catalogs. Shipping is prompt and timely. The website now shows how many items of one product are in stock so there are no more incidents concerning back orders or out of stock items.
