I was a little hesitant bc I have never heard of this company but it's the only place I could find a decent muzzle for my dog so I took the chance. The products are great! The order was processed and shipment were more timely then I thought!! I will def do business again with them and probably from now on!

Thank you for helping me provide medication for my aging dog. I love how easy you make it. However, either my computer doesn't play nice with your system, or I'm just too stupid to use your system...either way, it is VERY slow to change screens and follow commands. Can this be fixed?

Thank you for your review with Trust pilot. I do apologize for the difficulty with the website. We were experiencing some issues recently. We are working on getting a new and improved website very soon. You can always call us if the system is not working properly. KV SUPPLY

My only question is why do you ask about how the prescription is to be delivered to you? Both times I have checked the box that the vet will send in their script and both times you have sent an approval to the vet.

Thank you for your review with Trust pilot. I looked at your order history and am not able to see information as to how we were to obtain the prescription. I do see that we have your vets fax on file so I am guessing we faxed them a request to make it easier and to make sure we get the prescription. If you vet does not like us to fax them, please let us know and we will make note of it. KV SUPPLY

I have a 13 year old English Setter who has difficulty walking without this product. With this product he is able to keep going. If I miss even two days he becomes very lame and can hardly get up off the floor.I just can't be without this product. You were very responsive with my order. I will definitely order again.
