Been using KV for years and they have outstanding customer service that is reliable. Especially good deals with buying in quantity. Sick of being ripped off at the pet stores on small quantity packages of poo bags especially when they don't carry unscented. Do wish KV would make their website more responsive...unless you are very specific in the wording you may need several tries to find your item. Wish more items were made in the USA.

I buy my mastiffs rx from KV and the price is great. Delivery is free over a certain dollar amount and typically takes 4-6 business days to arrive. The last couple months the website has promoted me to call after I placed an online order. Customer service representatives say the website recently underwent some changes and that's why I had to call after. They say placing the order from my laptop would probably prevent me from having to call after. Hopefully that'll change soon! Very knowledgeable and friendly representatives.

I shop KV mainly because they have the lowest price for my dog's needed medication. It's always in stock and shipped promptly. They also do a great job of packaging it against the weather. The one thing I don't like is the website - it's really frustrating to use. It's frequently slow, and maddening time consuming. Recently I needed to use a different credit card and it took me back to the billing and shipping address screens twice to re-enter everything. I just think the online ordering system could be streamlined - none of the other sites I shop from are this bad.

I have been trying to get some meds for my aging dog. emailed the request and credit card number.Kv said my request was successful. I left for a couple of days, thinking the meds would becoming soon.I came back and looked on my email,there was a request for my vets number for more info.I gave kv the info and asked about my order.They said they did not have wanted some more info. I gave more info and told them my order is on lineTHey asked again for info I already agave Kv. I am getting the run around. My dog does not have meds and I will be finding another means of getting it for him.

I purchase the zymox otic hc from KV supply for my yorkie poo, who gets eat infections a few times per year. I have ordered through them 3 times, and each experience has been great. The price is great, the product is great, and it arrives fast, usually one business day earlier than the earliest estimated arrival date. I would definitely recommend KV Supply and this product, if your dog is susceptible to eat infections.
