Due to some server glitch, the prescription order that I placed on line, never completed. I had a confirmation, the order process was complete, but when I called 2 days later to confirm shipping, there was no record of the order. Very nice customer rep took my information again over the telephone and and monitored the order process for me. If I hadn't bothered to check, important medication for my dog would not have arrived in time.
