I ordered a few extra of the buddy gingerbread biscuits for an upcoming X'mas dog party, calculating in that some may break or crumble during shipping to Singapore by 3rd party shipper. I received the parcel today and all 14 pieces were in perfect condition! This is my best online shopping yet, thank you KV Supply!

Good product selection and an easy to navigate web site. Pricing could be more competitive on some items. Quality of the products has been excellent.

My order was delayed by a full week. When I asked why it was delayed the response only told me when it was shipped and did not answer my question. I still don't know what the problem was. So I don't know if there is anything I could have done differently to help expedite the order. It would be a great help if they just answered my question. And not assume you know what I wanted to know.

Thank you for your review with Trustpilot. I was looking into your order and it looks as though we had left messages for your vet to call us back for the prescription. Actually we called 3 times and left messages before we finally got the prescription over the phone. That is the reason for the delay in your order. I hope this helps to clarify the situation. Please let us know if you have any other questions. KV Supply

We order medications for Amelia, our elderly retired racing greyhound, from KV SUPPLY. KV contacts our veterinarian to verify the prescriptions and then ships the medications out to us very quickly. KV prices are excellent with no additional shipping charge. Thank you, KV!

Arrived quickly, packaged well. I can't figure out why the local Petsmart doesn't sell larger sizes. I'm glad you do. They love this tooth paste and their breath and dental cleaning are doing fine with this. Thank you

I turn to KV Supply to purchase tooth paste for my dog. Their products are safe and Successful. My St Bernard looks forward to his daily brushing. Great teeth and great breath.
