I ordered two leather one ear headstalls that did not ship with the other items ordered. I found out when the packing slip said not delivered. I looks up my order on their website and it said that they were canceled. Now I am out $80.00and no merchandise.

I was disappointed that my recent order placed Greenies on backorder. This is the first time this has happened since I began ordering Greenies through KV Supply years ago. I trust that this will be remedied soon.
