Never ever receive an E-mail stating that the product I ordered has been shipped with a tracking number. Last month the "Ringers Solution" arrived at my door and spent all night outside in the heat because I had no idea it was on its way.

I enjoy making my purchases from KV Supply however recently, it has become a bit more challenging from what appears to be a very slow database. For example, calling up previous orders or prescription status seems to take so long that it's tempting to call the orders in rather than use the website. My hope is that it will be improved soon.

I have used KV Vet supply on & off for years. Majority of their prices can't be beat and Rx meds easy to order. Always good service and fast shipping.

Communication is lacking (no email confirming shipping, so no tracking info). Very slow turnaround time.

I have used Freedom 45 topical flea and ticket preventative for easily 5-6 years and found it fine. This October I started a new batch I ordered. Within 3 days of applying it two of my dogs had fleas! I sprayed them with a water-based pyrethrin and changed & washed all the bedding which seemed to control the problem. I applied Freedom 45 again at the beginning of November & again within days several dogs had fleas. It is not clear if the product was defective or if my fleas had suddenly become immune, but I dumped the rest & switched to Advantix II with excellent results. The supplier/producer should be notified that the product is defective.

I placed an order with KV and had it within two days!! Just the item I needed and faster than I expected!! Wow!!
