I love Pet Tabs and would have bought much more. But they were out of the 365-tabs size and the smaller amount is slightly more expensive. When they stock up on the 365-tab size, I'll buy again.

I've ordered from KV Supply for years. In the past, responses from Customer service have been quick and accurate. This time - I sent two msgs - with no response. I eventually called and discovered that my order had been shipped...and delivered. I had rec'd no responses to my inquiries and no email noting shipment. I had to call my vet office 2x just to ensure that they rec'd the request for the prescription. There have been hiccups in the past, but it is becoming every order with a prescription - I have to check on, double-check - and then STILL I'm not sure if all connections have been made. The prices still remain very competitive and despite the lack of communication - my order was handled efficiently. I hope the kinks are worked out and would love to see the documenting and handling of prescriptions smoothed out. I had 7 dogs - now only 4 - but with 7 keeping track of HW med orders was difficult - with 4 it'll probably be easier - but a system attached to the site I order from would be helpful.

I placed an online prescription order outside of normal business hours and because I was a new customer I was unable to enter my Vet info. I called customer service and left a message.They called me back the next day and I had the med within a week. They were a pleasure to deal with and their pricing on the Prednisolone med was unbeatable.

You can't go wrong with KV even if they are a little higher on somethings. You still get almost everything delivered fast. Two days on somethings. Three to four for free. At least my last orders were. Just great all around.

Always excellent service, helpful customer service, speedy delivery and, of course, great prices. Had an issue with my vet approving request in a timly manner; great communications with KV regarding the issue. All resolved. Have dealt with KV for a few years now; never a problem.
