KV SupplyReviews of kvsupply.com

I always get what I order quickly. It's carefully packaged. Nothing is ever broken. The prices are reasonable.

I was treated so rudely. I was mostly dealing with Mary. She basically accused me of fraud and then said she would follow up with me the next day to confirm my order went through. Never heard back and I had to call to follow up. I then politely asked for an e-mail confirmation which I still never got. I was treated as if I was a nuisance not a customer. Even down to the way I was spoken to. I am so appalled at the way I was treated after spending around 300 dollars here. I was referred to use PV pets for a crate from my breeder. Honestly it's so upsetting cause this place looks like they have great stuff. Although I love my crate I will not be ordering from here anymore. Note to Mary- if you think you are dealing with fraud deal with it internally. Don't question why my area code doesn't match my credit card zip code and accuse me of it.

Looked all around the internet and found KV to be the lowest price, in some cases, 50% lower, for the same product, than competitors.

I have had good help at all times. I will not need your services at this time. My Buddy past away.

I needed to receive the medication for my dog within a week; Since this was my first order, KV Supply had to get the prescription from my vet. They advised exactly how long it would be until I got the shipment, and they were right on.

I have always received good service. I order prescriptions for my dogs and they contact the vet and take care of everything.

Very big selection, fast customer service and very reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone. Keep it up!

I have, and will continue to use KV for all my pet medications. Best price and super fast delivery.
