Excellent product Excellent supplier and excellent customer support. Website is quite not functional. Order information, customer information and payment information must all be transferred a second time by telephone. My guess is that many buyers give up in frustration. If this problem is solved, I am sure they will become a factor in the marketplace.

I have been getting Madison's Rx from KV for years. Their price is always the best I can find. They maintain her prescription so reorders are easy. Delivery is quick.

Best price I could find for Rx for dogs factoring in the shipping/handling. A little difficult to work with on the prescription as we have a mobile vet with no fax but finally had the vet call - most of the time they don't like to do that because they make no money on the drugs.

I will never try to order anything from this company in the future. The website is virtually unusable. And, during the telephone call while talking to a real person, she got confused and had problems with website!

Great company to work with. Product has worked wonders but I am having trouble getting my order filled this time. Said it was back ordered and would be available in a few days. That was January 18th. Contacted them & they told me that the manufacturer had not received their PO. Told me another 7-10 days for KV to get this. I always buy 2 bottles at a time and now I am almost out. Hope this doesn't become the norm as I would hate to start hunting for someone else to get this from.
