The customer service representatives were polite, patient and helpful. There are glitches with their website so they helped me with my order over the phone. The prices are great, they're definitely more affordable than my vet's. My pet's medication was well packed and it arrived really quick. My only critique is their website's glitches, so order over the phone. If you've already ordered online and you've received a confirmation email but you feel uneasy then call them to follow up and make sure to have the order's number. Other than that hiccup, this was a great customer service experience. I will definitely shop from them again and real soon.

I ordered in the morning and got my product the next day! I didn't pay for overnight shipping, so I was shocked. Great products and packaging. I'll buy again!

I had an issue with a pet blinker lite not functioning. I reported it and they shipped another. Thy back their products.

I do not understand how someone can expect to be given a rating when the product ordered has not been received and there has been no other communication regarding the shipment but the one received on 01/17/2016 stating that for items in stock the expected ship date is Monday 01/18/2016 and the estimated delivery date is Monday 01/21/2016 and Monday, 001/25/2016. Today is Friday, January 29, 2016 and we have yet to receive our order.
