Valeria was so responsive and helpful! She was extremely knowledgable and really cared about solving my issue, even though it was a problem with Authorize settings and not with Kurv. She walked me through making the changes needed to correct my settings in Authorize and made what could have been a frustrating problem just a blip. Technology can be painful - I wish every problem was solved as easily as this one!
