Ten percent of all our charges held indefinitely. When I asked the rep she said you could apply to have funds released after six months but it’s unlikely. She said they hold my money indefinitely. Literally forever. This is crazy. Can’t plan or anything. One has to rethink everything when your margins are 15% and your processor takes 3-4% to process a card then holds ten percent. I guess we aren’t allowed to make any profits here. I love how companies take advantage of those that have been bootstrapping. Onboarding call was ok. No excitement from the rep. Just another routine call for her. I did not feel like my business had any value to this company. Really sucky experience all around.
