Verification process is slow
My friend recommended this merchant to me. I sell internet Company name is AB Connections. When I started processing transactions, the experience was good at first they even sent me two settlements. But after that, they put my account on hold. I understand that this is completely normal for payment processors. When they asked for details, I provided everything they requested. It was only two transactions from the same customer. They kept my account on hold, which I cooperated with, but after waiting seven days they emailed me again saying they still couldn’t verify the customer details. We are now sending them the details of new customers as they requested. I’ll keep you all updated on what happens next. For now, I’m giving them 2 stars. I would gladly give 5 stars for all their other services, but the verification process is far too slow. I will update my review if things get resolved soon Update : My account is reactivated i got my money thank you
