Very sketchy company. Called claiming to be partnered with my local chamber of commerce (I have since confirmed this to be false) and said they wanted to set up marketing and networking opportunities, the guy shows up to my shop going on about saving money on credit card transactions and wanted me to fill out a form with WAY more info than is needed for card processing and to see my square report for the last 30 days, he lost interest and left after that, I think because it was a slow month for cc transactions and I hadn't yet run an $1,200 transaction that made most of my money this month so he thought I was only making a couple hundred a month. After reading and up voting all the negative comments here, and seeing their deplorable history, I'll happily stay with a more legitimate and professional processor. If a company has to lie to get their foot in the door, then they shouldn't be surprised when it hits them on the way out. Edit - they are now trying to use trustpilot's verification system to pry personal info from me Response to thier reply - No, don't try to reach out to me, and there's nothing for you to look into. I've already resolved this by choosing not to have any further contact. Update - LOL, they tried to flag this review for "defamatory content" and it got rejected immediately.

IM ACTUALLY DISAPPOINTED IN MYSELF THAT I DIDNT READ THE REVIEWS BEFOREHAND. DO NOT! I MEAN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Hidden fees, hidden reserves, exaggerated timelines, No available customer service, unprofessional workers(CARA w/ chargebacks) the worst. And if you pay attention to the reviews, all of the positive reviews are at initiation or once the account was first set up. After your account is set up and you take orders the GAMES begin.

I haven't a chance to experience Kurvs services yet. However, my conversation with Marlia is what helped make my decision. She was polite, responsive, respectful and patiently explained how things work while answering any questions or concerns I had. She took the time to understand my situation and helped find the best solution for me.

They are always available for support, and it's seamless to accept payments and run your business. Slightly lower fees would make them perfect.

Marlia was amazing. I'm a really tough costumer and sometimes hard to please. I expect alot and only want the best and Marlia provided that service hands down. She was there to answer any questions I had. On top of being local I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you Marlia.
