A company that lives by their marketing
The individual was easy to talk to and very helpful. She represented Kuru well and their return policy is just incredible. In my case I was exchanging them for a larger size after my conversation. Making the exchange was the easiest experience I have ever experienced with a company.

I love KURU shoes, bring the ROAM in Blue (Original) back.
I love KURU shoes, especially the original ROAM line and the Chicane. I love outdoor activities anytime of the year. My feet are happy.

Customer support
I struggled with sizing and the website. When entering new info the old info would revert to the original info. As a result I ended up ordering a much smaller size. When I emailed customer support and later called customer service "Gurus" were super helpful and considerate me. I love KURU business. Great attitude!

Issue submitting a return that was quickly resolved
I had to return a couple of items due to the fit. I was not able to submit the return through the normal channels online, so I sent an email which was after hours, and to my surprise I received a response within an hour, with clear instructions on how I can submit the return.

A person deals with so many…
A person deals with so many representatives of companies but rarely do you get the customer service I received yesterday with the KURU rep! Even if the shoes were not as great as they are, and they are really good shoes, The customer service would entice you to purchase a pair!

Ordered the wrong size
I ordered the wrong size and noticed it after I got my confirmation email. I then called and was helped immediately… didn’t get told “ oh sorry u will have to wait and send the shoes back” I was helped and even helped with reordering the new correct size
