Genuine and Phenomenal Customer Service

We needed some advice on a new pair of shoes. Our representative was able to give us some options on how to get a better fit for a shoe we really like. He was knowledgeable and listened to our needs. Very satisfied.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. I called to ask what shoe would be best for me and received amazing recommendations. After I received my shoes I called back about size exchanges and returns. Again they were super helpful in every way !

KURU IS OUTSTANDING
I have been a Kuru customer since 2025, and have currently ordered my fifth pair (each a different style and fit). I have returned three pair for various reasons and have found their return process easy and hassle free, One can ask the on-line catalog "Guru" any questions that may come to mind and get very good answers. If further help is needed, one can email or phone the company and get more information than is available from the catalog "Guru". Kuru now offers a 91 day "trial wear" policy with return, exchange, or refund choices (other competitors only offer 30 -30 days) Another big benefit is that one can earn KuruCash points for their purchases, reviews, referrals and even for a birthday all of which can be used to reduce the cost of a new purchase. This firm is highly reputable, has QUALITY products, and OUTSTANDING service. I have not received anything for my review, and I submit it only because am one of Kuru's many very satisfied customers .
