I sent an email with several points
I sent an email with several points - each one was addressed. It was determined that my shoes had a manufacturer defect & theyre going to be replaced. I even get to keep the original pair!

Great service
Well, for a start, the shoes are great, and they do actually help, or at least they did for me. I purchased some for my brother's birthday. The package got lost in transit, and they are sending another pair without question. I like that.
