I recently had an issue with my Kryptonite Evolution 1016 chain lock where the internal mechanism seized up. Since the lock was a few years old, I wasn't sure how difficult the warranty process would be. I reached out to their customer support and was assisted by Oleh. The service was exceptionally fast, professional, and completely hassle-free. After providing my proof of purchase and a couple of photos, Oleh immediately approved a brand-new replacement lock under their Limited Lifetime Warranty. It is rare to find a company that actually stands behind their products this solidly. Thank you to Oleh and the Kryptonite team for the amazing support!

I bought a Kryptonite New York Lock with my bike a few years ago based on their reputation. My bike was never stolen ! After a 4 years of keeping my bike safe, the mechanism of the key got gripped stuck, hence, the lock was unusable. I contacted the customer service and, one week later I had a new lock that was sent for free as a replacement of my lock. They are very efficient !

Amazing customer service. Been struggling with a seized lock for months and never thought to contact Kryptonite. Filled out the warranty and had a reply in under 5 minutes with a warranty replacement lock organized and scheduled for delivery next week. Thats the kind of support you hope for but so rarely get. Thanks!
