Even though one bike light stopped working after 1 year, there was no answer on the claim for 1 month, when I called they answered in under 3 minutes and they will send a replacement. Nice consumer service and I hope the new one will last longer.

After aboiut 5 years service, my Kryptonite Evolution D-lock began to 'stick' when I attempted to lock / unlock it, with the key sticking at 90 degrees. I emailed details to Kryptonite customer services, and at their request sent on a photo of the lock, which I had registered on purchase. Kryptonite decided to replace the lock: I had expected them to arrange for it to be serviced. They sent a replacement from the USA to London within 48 hours. Excellent customer service,

I've been using a couple of Kryptonite locks for years — some for over 15 years — without any problems. Recently, I ordered additional keys for three locks through the Safe Key Program, and it only cost me €7! Three weeks later, I received six perfect keys in my german postbox. I really trust Kryptonite, even if customer communication isn't their strongest point. This program is awesome and yet another reason to recommend this high value products!

I've used these locks for years because they're secure and fix soundly to bike frames. Recently needed to replace a couple of keys. One set arrived and worked great. They didn't have the blank for the second set so they sent me a whole new lock. Friendly, great lock, great customer service.

I recently had two occasions to contact customer services. One was for advise on how to fix the barrel on my lock which had jammed & after showing digital images of the problem I promptly received a new lock FOC. Then I needed to order a replacement key for another lock & after a problem with their site meant my payment could not be processed, they said they would process my request FOC. Prompt & efficient service.

I had my Kryptonite lock for over 15 years. The locking mechanism broke, I contacted Kryptonite, provided all of the required information and 3 weeks later I got a brand new lock. It just came via UPS. I bought the lock in New York, I now live in Croatia and they sent it, free of charge. Amazing! Thank you.
