From the moment we made the decision to work with Krikawa, the customer service was fantastic. Communication was regular and timely, and our rings are spectacular! I even damaged my ring within days of getting married, and the Krikawa goddesses took care of the repairs without a hassle. I highly recommend Krikawa if fine jewelry and above-and-beyond customer service is what you're after.

My ring is perfect. The support was professional and helpful and the timing of delivery and of the test rings couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend.

The whole process was extremely easy and enjoyable. The whole staff was attentive to my needs and really wanted to help me find the right ring. I decided to go the custom route, and the journey of finding the right design had absolutely no issues. It took a reasonably short amount of time to finish the ring, with many updates along the process. The price was extremely fair.

I've had my ring for nearly a decade now. I still get compliments on it. They are wonderful about cleaning and maintenance, and my ring looks as good now as it did on my wedding day.

Had numerous pieces of jewellery designed and made- love everyone of them. Excellent craftsmanship.

Would have liked it if they were a little more honest with me when comparing white gold and platinum for my active fiancée. Didn’t find out until after the sale that it would have been better in the long run to go with the white gold. Feel like they were trying to make a quick buck instead of having the customers best interest in mind. She loves the design, not favorable to the metal I was suggested to purchase from them.

Excellent quality and really helpful, knowledgeable people to work with. We will purchase again.

I had only a month before I needed my husband’s wedding ring and they got the ring to me in time. It was beautiful and my husband loved it. He still receives compliments on the look and the craftsmanship. I have yet to see another ring like. I had ordered the infinity leaf eternity wedding band. I highly recommend Krikawa.
