Three words describe this company. Above and Beyond. Not only in customer service, but in ingenuity, design, creativity and overall experience. I would highly recommend Krikawa for any of your jewelry needs....and especially if you have a unique need or idea. Stephanie was wonderful! If I could give more than five stars I would!

Krikawa made the most amazing custom wedding rings for my partner and I. They were a joy to work with and their artisonal skills are unparalleled.

My wife and I enjoyed Krikawa's style of design. We were really pleased with the final results. The whole process from the design, rendering, and the final results we were updated the whole process. However, at times some of the staff members were slow at getting back to us. They answered all our questions. I would recommend them and use them again for future purchases.

I love my ring and wear it proudly!

Krikawa really came through to design, size, and produce what I believe is a one of a kind ring. Brianna was informative and patient with every step of the design and she made wonderful recommendations. The entire process was informative and easy to complete with outstanding customer service. As a law enforcement officer, I'm very conscious of conducting business and money transactions over the internet and at the end of the day I am completely satisfied with my experience. More importantly, my fiancé is ecstatic about her ring! Krikawa's conduct is an example of excellence in the small business world. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic service. Can't go wrong. Rings looked so good we wear the silver ones most of the time and only take the "Ferraris out in good weather". The staff were incredibly patient with my meanderings.

I recently had five custom rings designed and made at Krikawa, and they are all breathtakingly beautiful; the craftsmanship and attention to detail are impeccable. And the service I received from design to finished product (and thereafter) from Stephanie was exceptionally personal, supportive, and prompt.
