Amazing and unique ring that is truly me.

My experience with Krikawa jewelry was entirely positive! Indeed, the end result, an absolutely gorgeous ring, was even more than I was hoping for. I knew it would be beautiful but I did not know just how beautiful it would be until finally saw it! I was so glad that I had taken Brianna's advice with regard to the details of the setting of the ring and Lisa's advice with regard to the type of gold to be used. I also spoke with a third woman, a jeweler, and she gave me excellent advice with regard to options for preventing the ring from spinning around my finger. I took her advice as well and I now have a gorgeous ring that fits perfectly and never spins.

Would not recommend. Overall, I wouldn’t use this service again or recommend to family and friends. If I could go back, I would have used a different company, especially considering how much I paid for my custom piece. My experience started out great. They told me everything I wanted to hear at first, which is why I paid their service deposit and began working with them. I had been working with them for an expedited custom piece, but the service definitely slowed after I put my deposit down. Eventhough their response time slowed, they assured me they could complete the project within my time frame (come to find out eventually that this was not the case). They also did not disclose a lot of the potential risks involved in the process and promised delivery dates that they should not have promised. Ultimately, I did not receive the jewelry in time for a planned proposal which just completely ruined the whole thing, and led to a lot of financial and emotional hardships during a time that should have been exciting and filled with joy. If you are going to work with them, make sure you have plenty of time, because they won’t take any responsibility for not having your jewelry to you on time. I definitely will not use again, but if you decide to then just make sure you don’t pay for an expedited service, and don’t expect to receive your jewelry even by a confirmed delivery date.

Excellent customer service along with beautiful jewelry

Highly recommend Krikawa, we had great experience. They helped design a custom necklace that is just beautiful and personal. Staff was wonderful.
