Ticket 23174949- scammers! You have blocked my account and had my universal credit paid into my account today i have no money to feed my kids i have sent you proof of payment. You don’t reply to any messages you have given no reason why you have done this this is the first time have used the account and funded it and you have done this ! Urgent please respond to my emails i have no electricity/gas or food for me and my family this is not okay . I need this sorting today
