However, I discovered that approximately €990 had been removed from my account without my knowledge and without any clear explanation. What is even more frustrating is that I have been unable to withdraw the remaining balance. Je déconseille vivement d'utiliser cette plateforme pour des raisons non justifiée peut se permettre de bloquer un transfert sans donner aucune suite. J'ai envoyé 990€ de mon compte bancaire vers mon compte krak en transfert instantané, une opération que j'ai toujours fait avec succès. Aujourd'hui le transfert apparaît sur mon krak mais avec la mention" in progress" . Subitement je reçois un mail indiquant que mon compte est restreint et le virement n'est ni remboursé ni crédité et je ne dois rien faire pendant l'examen. Et jusqu'à présent aucun contact du service client par email pour indiquer ce dont il est question.

Ho aperto un conto Kraken e l’unico bonifico ricevuto sul conto è stato un bonifico proveniente da un mio conto personale bunq. Il conto bunq era stato chiuso e la stessa bunq ha inviato i fondi residui sul mio nuovo conto Kraken. Non si tratta quindi di fondi provenienti da terzi, né di un pagamento commerciale ricevuto da soggetti sconosciuti. Si tratta semplicemente di un bonifico inviato da bunq a seguito della chiusura del mio conto. Subito dopo la ricezione del bonifico, Kraken ha limitato il conto per motivi di sicurezza. Comprendo perfettamente che una piattaforma finanziaria possa effettuare verifiche di conformità e controlli AML. Il problema è ciò che è accaduto dopo. Ad oggi sono trascorsi oltre 8 giorni. Durante questi 8 giorni: * non ho ricevuto alcuna email che spieghi il motivo della limitazione; * non ho ricevuto alcuna richiesta di documentazione; * non ho ricevuto alcuna richiesta relativa alla provenienza dei fondi; * non ho ricevuto alcuna indicazione su come risolvere la situazione; * non ho ricevuto alcuna comunicazione da parte di un operatore umano. L’unica assistenza disponibile è un chatbot automatico. Il chatbot continua a rispondere che il caso è in lavorazione e che verrò contattato. Inizialmente mi è stato detto di attendere 3 giorni. Dopo 3 giorni mi è stato detto di attendere 5 giorni. Oggi sono trascorsi oltre 8 giorni e non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna richiesta di documenti, alcuna email e alcun contatto da parte di Kraken. La situazione è paradossale. I fondi risultano bloccati ma non mi viene chiesto nulla per poter completare la verifica. Sono completamente disponibile a fornire tutta la documentazione necessaria. Tuttavia, non esiste alcun modo per inviare documenti spontaneamente e nessuno mi comunica quali documenti siano richiesti. In pratica mi trovo con fondi bloccati e senza alcuna possibilità concreta di collaborare alla verifica. Non sto contestando il diritto di Kraken a effettuare controlli di sicurezza. Sto contestando l’assenza totale di comunicazione verso il cliente e l’impossibilità di capire come risolvere la situazione. Dopo oltre 8 giorni ritengo ragionevole aspettarsi almeno una comunicazione ufficiale, una richiesta documentale o un contatto da parte di un operatore umano. Ad oggi non ho ricevuto nulla.

If you're going to freeze access to people's money, you need a working escalation path not an AI loop. UPDATE: After 5 days, Kraken finally responded. My Stripe referral bonus deposit triggered their automated fraud system a routine, legitimate transaction froze my entire account including my grocery money. They marked the ticket "Solved" without confirming my services are restored, offering zero explanation and zero compensation for the days I couldn't access my own funds. This platform flags legitimate deposits as fraud and then disappears. #21608775

I made a payment about five days ago and after making the card transaction my account got restricted and I have been waiting for over a week now and no response has been given to me regarding my account I would highly recommend burnishing KRAK as all my traveling plans had to be canceled because I couldn’t use my bank account.
