Really interesting and easy to use, i recommend!

I wish l could give a negative number as a rating. These people are scammers. If l don’t my money back l aim to spread deeper awareness l have associates that are famous on social media. My account was only open for roughly 4 days. I received a deposit of £30 and later another of £50 from a friend who also uses Krak and nothing is wrong with his account. Since then l can not send or receive anything. Everytime l go on the support chat they cut corners and restrict me from talking to a human. They keep saying they will get in touch with me via email it’s almost been a week since this has happened and there is no follow up at all ticket number 22316728

Je souhaite partager mon expérience avec Kraken afin d’alerter les autres utilisateurs. Mes fonds sont actuellement bloqués et, malgré plusieurs tentatives de contact, je n’ai toujours reçu aucune explication claire ni solution. Je trouve cette situation totalement inacceptable. À mes yeux, le fait de retenir mes fonds sans explication et de rester sans réponse ressemble à du vol et à une arnaque. Je considère donc cette expérience comme extrêmement grave et je déconseille aux utilisateurs de déposer leur argent sur cette plateforme sans prendre toutes les précautions nécessaires. Mon numéro de ticket est 22309313. Je demande à Kraken de traiter immédiatement mon dossier, de m’expliquer la raison du blocage et surtout de procéder à la restitution de mes fonds. J’espère que cette publication permettra d’obtenir enfin une réponse et une résolution rapide de ma situation.

Terrible app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! This app completely disrupted my travel plans and has also delayed my monthly rent payment. I simply transferred money from my Monese account to Krak, and without any clear explanation or communication, my account was locked and my funds were put on hold. I have been left without access to my money for the past 48 hours, struggling to afford food from morning and evening. This is completely unacceptable. My support ticket numbers are #22374788 and #22342327. Please review my tickets urgently, unlock my funds, or return the money to the account it came from. I need a clear explanation and an immediate resolution.

I’ve had a really positive experience with the Krak app by Kraken. The app is clean, fast and straightforward to use, whether managing funds or keeping track of transactions. The Krak card has been one of the highlights for me. It’s convenient for everyday spending, and the fees are excellent compared with many other options I’ve used. Everything feels transparent and easy to understand, without unnecessary complications. I’ve also had a good experience with Kraken’s customer support. When I needed help with my account and banking details, the support team explained everything clearly and helped get things sorted. Overall, Krak combines a great app, an excellent card, competitive fees and reliable support. Very impressed so far and happy to recommend it.
