My interaction was quite good but I did not purchase because prices were simply NOT competitive.

Kovi fabrics has a very good selection of colors, styles and material types. I had to pay for the 5 samples I ordered, which was somewhat unusual, but the fabric arrived quickly and adequately packaged. Overall, a good experience.

I was a little hesitant about ordering fabric online for my window seat project. I order the swatches that I liked and once I received them. I called the 1-800 number and spoke to one of their personal who reviewed each fabric with me which was beneficial in my final decision for my project. Thank you Kovi!

After receiving the samples I placed the order on line. Then I called imeadiately to change the order...customer service was able to assist me in changing the order. I received the fabric on time. I would order fabric again.

I was satisfied with the service and the fabric, however at Fishermans fabrics they have a better quality of thicker suede at a price of $10 cheaper than the material that I purchased from Kovi
