My experience has been good. I ordered 14K gold studs, but when I received my order, it came with only one stud rather than a pair. I assume this may have been my misunderstanding of the item description. I contacted the store to arrange a return, and they kindly offered to send me another stud so that I could have a pair instead. That was a very nice offer, and I really appreciated how they handled the situation.
