Pretty Earring
I received a post that was way too long with an earring and after a couple conversations via email, causing her has agreed to send me a smaller post. I appreciate their customer service and their promptness. The earring is also pretty.

It took me a while to place my first…
It took me a while to place my first order. But I am glad I went for it. I think the pieces are great value for money. I got in total 9 pieces, 6 of them are earrings and the rest piercings. The diamonds have a great cut, clarity and color. I am super happy with my order and would warmly recommend!

Great experience and good quality
I have just ordered my first helix flat back stud from them and I was really impressed with the quality of the item. I would happily buy from them again. I’m also based in Australia and the shipping was fast.

Great customer service
Originally ordered earrings without realising they only came as a single. Customer service was quick to respond, and offered to send out another earring to complete the pair - which was super helpful!

I Thought That I Was Doing Something Good!
I want to treat a friend to 2 earrings. I have bought many earrings from Kosiner, and I love them all. I wanted to surprise my friend. We looked at many. I went ahead and ordered 2 earrings. When I showed her what I ordered she was nasty and made a big thing out of it, so much so that we are no longer friends. I quickly contacted Kosiner’s Customer Service to cancel. They text me back quickly and said that they will change my order if I wanted to, to earrings that I would like. They heard my story about my ungrateful and unappreciative friend. I was so impressed by Kosiner, I couldn’t refuse. I kept one of the earrings my friend hated and ordered a hoop. I was very happy. When the earrings arrived the so called ugly Moss Agate and gold earring was absolutely beautiful. I love it so much. I ordered 2 more moss agate and gold earrings. All thanks to Kosiner’s Customer Service. They are so helpful and understanding all the time.

I had a fantastic experience after purchasing some earrings that unfortunately just didn’t suit me. The customer service was exceptional. Thoughtful, helpful and genuinely focused on making sure i was happy with the outcome. They went out of their way to find a solution that worked for me and i really appreciated the care and attention they gave throughout the whole process. I’m very pleased with the experience and will not hesitate to purchase from them in the future. Highly recommend.
