Is this a scam site?? I have tried to make an order severel times cause ai love the earrings they offer, but my bank blocks my payment cause they are marked as unsafe. I then tried in my boyfriends phone to make a klarna payment cause I thought is must be a mistake, but before I even went to the payment it blocked the side as unsafe and said it was trying to get the card payment info. So it seems like a scam company. Or I can’t buy from Denmark.

I will never recommend this company. They have deceitful practices. They are unwilling to accept returns and are rude when the buyer persists. The images they provide online do not match their products. If I can warn people about their scheming business practices then that will be the best outcome I can expect from having dealt with them myself. I have had multiple terrible experiences with this brand. The only reason I have continued using them is that the number of internally threaded 14K flat back earring sellers is limited. My most recent purchase unfortunately has been the worst. The items I ordered arrived and as usual were significantly smaller than they appeared on the website but that is par for the course with Kosiner. The second and more important issue is that the gemstones in the earrings were clear when they were meant to be dark yellow citrine. I contacted Kosiner to ask if perhaps they had sent me diamonds instead of citrine because the image on their website was nothing like what I had received. They informed me that they had sent me citrine earrings but sometimes their citrine was very pale. I requested a refund and a return label. That is when Kosiner became truly nasty. They stalled giving me a refund for 5 emails. They offered exchanges, they were rude and they tried to claim that their return policy was different than stated on their website. Also once finally agreed to the return they informed me that they don’t provide return labels I would need to purchase my own label and I would not receive reimbursement for the cost. In addition the return address that they provide is not compatible with any shipping service available in the U.S. this is because they provide the company name for the return address but also a first name consisting of a name, number and symbols but no last name. Every shipper only allows letters and numbers for a first name but shippers also require first names be coupled with last names. l’m busy and by then the company had done as they clearly intended and run down my will to engage with them anymore. I accepted a 15% return for not having to return the earrings and ate most of Kosiner’s outrageous cost for their earrings.

My order delivery took forever. I tried to contact the costumer service how many times to discuss this delivery issue, sadly no one is out of reached. I hope posting this review can catch their attention. Im totally disappointed!!!

Ordered an earring that didn’t work out, it was way too short. Hoped that the longest length would work out but it didn’t. I requested a refund and let me tell you, the company tried 4 times to offer an alternate solution. I simply wanted a refund. This was all done through email and as you can imagine took much longer (span of days and days) than it should have with all the back and forth. I finally got the instructions to return everything which I did and followed to the T. I was told they process returns on certain dates. My package would’ve been returned before all 3 of the dates they listed. I totally forgot about it, over a month and a half later I realized I never got my refund. I had to reach out again and coincidentally they “somehow missed it” but were able to issue one immediately after. It makes me believe that if you’re not someone who pays attention, you probably would’ve never got your refund. I requested the refund at the end of July, didn’t get it til September.

These earrings are horrible they are almost impossible to put in on your own- the screw is microscopic and you need someone to help put your earrings in without losing the small diamond pieces- and mine fell out right after I received them and put them in. And of course there’s no way to get new ones. SMH don’t fall for it like I did!!

May 23: Order made but unshipped May 28: Email enquiry about my order May 29: They confirmed order would be shipped Jun 1 so I agreed not to cancel for a refund Jun 2: No order progress or tracking provided, emailed to cancel within their terms - no reply Jun 3: Emailed again - no reply Jun 4: Left an angry comment on their IG post and raised a chargeback Jun 5: Refunded Seems like this company isn’t serious about actually shipping their customers’ orders or replying to issues. Very disappointing experience as I spent $300+ on an order and they didn’t even have the courtesy of sending an email to let me know the status or my order.

If I could give minus review I will. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND HERE IS WHY: I had requested cancellation on my order (turns out I don’t need it). Cancellation was requested same day I put an order. They ignored me and next day I got message that shipment was processed. I chased the BS with them and they are now trying to pretend that it’s beyond their means! HOW ABOUT HELL NO. Just because your CS sucks and you would clap your ears to make customer keep product but sorry that ain’t happening. If you keep rejecting my cancellation I am claiming fraud with my bank (because technically speaking IT IS FRAUD). I have screenshots of your own website and that your policy says: „You can cancel or change your order for free, but only if you contact Kosiner Jewelry before the item ships (usually within 24–48 hours of your order). Once your order has left the warehouse, it can no longer be modified or canceled.”
