KosinerjewelryReviews of kosinerjewelry.com

To avoid confusion the advertised price should be accompanied with the actual image and size of the product sold. It creates confusion and disappointment when the image next to the price is of a different larger size. The packaging is excellent, even somewhat over the top for the size of product

Issues with customer service. I contacted them 10-15 min after I placed my order to cancel it as I realized that the piercing I was trying to purchase was not actually solid 14k gold as the post is titanium (although it was listed as 14k gold in materials and title, and the only mention of a titanium post was at the bottom in the description). I also tried using the live chat but was never able to get through to a customer service representative despite it being business hours. I received an email <12h later saying that they will not refund my purchase and had shipped it out. Their website says explicitly to contact them within 24h to cancel orders but it seems like that’s actually not the case. Very upsetting/disappointing experience! Update: after A LOT of back and forth with the company, they are refunding me and letting me keep the package as it had already been shipped. Therefore, amending my review to 3 stars given that they did try to rectify their mistake.

This site is a complete scam. They took the money and never sent the product. They take several days to respond to emails, and the response is AI-generated, very generic, and does not address the issue. Do NOT buy from them. Update: They contacted me as soon as this review went up and offered to process a full refund as well as to ship the product at no cost. My original order arrived over a month later. It was packaged well, looked beautiful and felt solid quality. I’m glad that my issue was resolved but the initial customer services process was absolutely unacceptable. Seems like this is the main reason this brand receives poor ratings.

Edit: After I made this review, they sent me the correct size for backs which I greatly appreciate. The circles on the backs are so small, the earrings fall out of one of my piercings. I bought over $400 worth of diamond and 14k gold jewelry and followed the online guide for sizing. Unfortunately, upon receiving the earrings and comparing to earrings I already own, I realized the size was too long. I tried to contact customer service to be told to buy more earring backs at a discount. I told them I was not interested in buying more, I simply wanted to exchange them. Since, they have been giving me the runaround, telling me they're going to send my situation to another department, and then department has been on holiday. It's been over a month since I initially emailed them about the issue and it still hasn't been resolved. I would not buy from them again, nor would I recommend anyone else to.

I received several earrings as a Christmas present from my boyfriend; however, I did not like one pair, and another he accidentally ordered as a single instead of a pair. I contacted customer service through their website chat and was provided detailed instructions on how to return the three earrings I didn't want to keep. After following up multiple times (and after posting negative reviews online), I finally received a refund 33 days after Kosiner received my return. While I appreciate that I did ultimately receive a refund and understand that the delay was apparently due to the Chinese new year extended holiday, the overall experience was not great.

They took a very long time to ship and then once I received my order one of the pairs that I bought came broken. I contact their customer service email with a picture of the broken earrings and requesting a refund. The first email I sent them was December 27, 2025. Their team said that they would issue the refund on January 11, 2026 and that the refund will be processed in 3-6 business days. It's now February 15, 2026 and I still haven't received my refund and had to file a claim through my bank so they can do an investigation and process my refund. I do not recommend this company, they have terrible customer service support and for the earrings to arrive broken means their quality isn't that great if the product doesn't even hold up during shipping. **Update** Kosiner has finally issued my refund back to my bank on February 18 and refunded me an extra $50 as a sign of good gesture. Because of this, I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 since I feel like they are working on their customer service and trying to do what is right for the customer and I appreciate that.

Good: Delivery is quick and packaging is beautiful. They are pretty and shiny. Could improve: The length of the earrings are too long for lobe piercings as well as some cartílago piercings. It is also disappointing that the earrings are not flat backs. There is no 14K stamp which may potentially mean they are not... but time will tell

Asked for them to cancel my order before it was shipped, no reply on their emails, WhatsApp or live chat for days, they reply back to me AFTER it’s been shipped out and it’s too late to cancel… I asked if I can return it and they recommended to give it to friends/ family! I need a refund not give it away! Very bad company, don’t buy Edit: almost a year later they have refunded me Edit again: they have given me a $20 gift card as an apology. Now this is what good customer service is! ❤️
