Efficient Communication
My experience has been good so far. I ordered a 5mm size earring for my tragus piercing but didn’t realize that it would be too small for it. The earring itself is beautiful and Im willing to get a bigger size. I contacted the company through email and whatsapp. I received a reply within 1-2 days through both contacts. The delivery took about 1.5 weeks which wasn’t too bad. So far they have communicated efficiently and are willing to exchange me to a bigger size earring.
