There aren't many websites where I can buy high quality korean clothing. Kooding has good balnce of both affordable and premium items.

I ordered my garments and they have not arrived for over a month. I explained to Kooding how to ship to my address the day after my order was submitted and at that time, the shipment had not been sent yet. Then, I requested information about the status of shipment, and found out that the garments had not arrived at the fulfillment center. That’s fine, I understand that. However, I suggest being more proactive and transparent about your shipping status. Send the information before the customer requests it and be open about why it is the order is not being received, all before the customer starts asking questions. Another thing I want to address is how the website states their shipping timeline. Your standard shipping says it takes 5-10 business days. That does not seem to include the brand fulfillment aspect of the orders to the warehouses, which the website says could take approximately 15 business days, if you specifically are searching for this information. Another suggestion is to modify the shipping time based on brand fulfillment on the final order to provide more transparency to the inventory and delivery timeline. I do not mind waiting for my items. What I mind is having to track Kooding down to get the information I’m looking for. That’s part of customer service and Kooding could work on that. I hope I eventually receive and enjoy the garments I ordered, but right now I feel like I paid for something and haven’t received anything from it. Although the clothes at Kooding are cute, I will most likely order from your competitors because of my poor experience with shipping and transparency.

I ordered a product with express shipping and after not receiving shipping information after a week I contacted customer service. I was assured that it would ship within the next 2 weeks however that time has passed and my order has still not shipped.
