Takes a long time to deliver, however all clothes always arrive as expected-- always high quality. Any issues with sold-out items are resolved quickly via email and I have gotten complete refunds with little effort.

After ordering I got an email that 1 item was out of stock. I could get a refund or a credit. I wanted to order something else but I needed to pay an additional shipping Costs cause my order was allready send... So I chose refund. After that I kept mailing cause it took ages before I knew were my package was. It took almost 2 months to arrive in the netherlands. Finally here I got a message from The postal office that I could pick it up but I need to pay 20 euros for taxes it was due to customs and I had an order of about 60 euros. As I mailed kooding about the customs they Said it almost never happens but when it does im the one Who is responsible cause I agreed to there terms. Im afraid to pick it up as I got no trust whatsoever anymore...what if it don't fit then I need to wait 2 months again for all to be refunded? I will not order again.

This company is really utterly DISHONEST!! The pieces that I ordered haven't arrived for MORE THAN 1 MONTH and their customer service promises to ship the item but never does it. NEVER BUY ANYTHING from them, it's a scam really. Very disappointed.
