Would be better if order processing can…
Would be better if order processing can be done faster but i understand the work that kooding employees have to go through. Still, there's room for improvements. On a side note, their products are really great.

The shoes I got where exactly as…
The shoes I got where exactly as pictured in the images, they are a bit lighter than in thought they were going to be for platform shoes. Expect shipping to be a little long but worth it!!

Only two of my items were shipped
Only two of my items were shipped. Three are still being processed for about a week now and I have not received any status on those items. Tried contacting customer support but no reply either.

Regarding remaining 3 items your order, as was indicated in the product detail page and the checkout, the estimated shipping for those items is between Feb 21 and Mar 05. This is due to the brand fulfillment process that requires for brands to ship your items to our warehouse.
