I ordered one item and gave it the 15 day window and haven't received it .Wrote an email to the company at least 4 days ago and haven't herd a thing. If this is what they call customer service it sucks.

Items are priced way over retail cost. Shipping is ridiculously slow. Will let you order and pay for your items, just to tell you they sold out a week later.

I was very disappointed that the dress that I had purchased was too small and took so long. Most of the dresses don't come but one size which makes shopping a return for a store credit useless.I ended up giving the dress away and will not shop on this site. Very disappointing experience

I received a product in wrong color but since it was nice I kept it. I order another one, the one I wanted but just thought I got the colors mixed. It turns out the second hat in the same color is being ship to me! Not sure what to do about that.... BTW the hat is really nice and gets 5 stars. Picking the color wasn't clear and easy.

All the sizes ran smaller than usual. The One Size fits all is rather difficult to discern. I love the styles and quality of the clothes themselves but they are a bit difficult. I know if I was someone who was a little larger none of these clothes would fit me. The jewelry also gave me a negative skin reaction.

We ordered these masks back in April, when they were first mandated in our area. I am not sure who these masks were designed to fit. We are average to below average-sized American adults with appropriately proportioned heads/faces/ears. The area that the mask covers is for the most part adequate (it could be a bit larger), but the ear loops are exceedingly undersized. My wife's ears were pulled significantly forward when she tried one on. I could not even come close to getting the ear loops behind my ears. On the plus side, shipping was fast - 1 week. The masks appear to be well-made and I like the material. However, they are essentially useless to us (and we ordered 10 of them). We are very disappointed. I submitted a review shortly after we received them, but it never made it to the website and I never heard from Kooding. They recently sent me an email asking me to rate how they did, so I am taking the opportunity to submit the product review again.

I ordered my garments and they have not arrived for over a month. I explained to Kooding how to ship to my address the day after my order was submitted and at that time, the shipment had not been sent yet. Then, I requested information about the status of shipment, and found out that the garments had not arrived at the fulfillment center. That’s fine, I understand that. However, I suggest being more proactive and transparent about your shipping status. Send the information before the customer requests it and be open about why it is the order is not being received, all before the customer starts asking questions. Another thing I want to address is how the website states their shipping timeline. Your standard shipping says it takes 5-10 business days. That does not seem to include the brand fulfillment aspect of the orders to the warehouses, which the website says could take approximately 15 business days, if you specifically are searching for this information. Another suggestion is to modify the shipping time based on brand fulfillment on the final order to provide more transparency to the inventory and delivery timeline. I do not mind waiting for my items. What I mind is having to track Kooding down to get the information I’m looking for. That’s part of customer service and Kooding could work on that. I hope I eventually receive and enjoy the garments I ordered, but right now I feel like I paid for something and haven’t received anything from it. Although the clothes at Kooding are cute, I will most likely order from your competitors because of my poor experience with shipping and transparency.

Quality of the goods is really bad. Inside pockets of the shorts are already torn. Very cheap material for the cost that was charged.
