Warning other consumers away from purchasing from this company as they do not seem to be legitimate! I ordered on the 26 September 2024. I also made sure to order from the same provider: JUSTONE as i mistakenly thought this may help expedite the process. At the time of ordering estimated ship out date was the 8th October. Since then my order has been stuck in 'provider fulfillment', and one item has gone out of stock. I have been in contact with customer service several times since then and I always get the exact same message back. That they are experiencing an internal delay and they will expedite my order to hopefully ship out next week. After several weeks of the same run-around, I can only conclude this is a LIE. Especially after seeing other reviews on here. I have no idea if I will ever get my package, or any of my money back. Even though they are responsive, they are clearly intentionally distorting dispatch times on their website. If this is not resolved within a week my next step will be to get in touch with trading standards. I have had MUCH better experience from YESSTYLE over the years. Have ordered from them several times and never an issue. First time with KOODING and it's a nightmare. Never again.

I have been waiting for my baby lounger since the 6th of October and customer service keeps delaying my order saying they have not received it. I would like to cancel this order as it is taking way too long ……

PLEEEEEAAAAASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! I know some of the items are cute and it’s so easy to let temptation win you over but seriously it’s been a month and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve contacted them and everything but they keep stalling. Save yourself the trouble.

The worst overseas brand ever. It takes up to a month to have items shipped even though their product pages states an estimate ship date averaging 2 weeks. Also, if you request cancellation, they do not process it until you email them in regards to it. I requested a refund a few days after placing an order and it’s been over a month and it still has not been processed. They also do not refund you in a timely manner and try to hold on to your money as long as they can until you start emailing them. Worst customer service and products take over a month to have shipped.

Ordered several items on June 14, 2024 -- more than two months later, no delivery. No updates from the company. A month ago, I reached out to customer service - they said they only had 1 item in stock and were waiting for the other two. No updates. I emailed them today again asking for an update. Auto generated response. I'm afraid the money I paid may be a total loss.

I was a happy customer for 2 years. Great quality, worth the price. On june 3rd I ordered for about 600$. I haven't received anything more than 2 month later. I cancelled one of the items still processing about 4 weeks ago and still haven't got a refund. Customer service just seems to send auto generated memessages. The items are still being shown as processed or in transit in my profile. I have definitely lost all trust and think my money is gone.

Ordered a couple of items last year which arrived in a timely manner and the quality of the items were great. However, over a month ago, I ordered approximately $300 worth of items which I have not received. Expected delivery was posted as July 11-17. Order status is posted as: Provider Fulfilment. I contacted the company and still have not heard back. I have now requested a full refund. Waiting to see if this happens. Disappointed.

I placed an order on Kooding.com. After two weeks, I cancelled because items still showed as processing. Would have been perfectly fine if they refunded me within a reasonable period. However: I got an order cancellation confirmation email and when I reached out to customer service the next week, they told me my refund will be processed that week. Well, it has been over 25 days since their email (and over 35 days since their order cancellation confirmation email). No refund. I emailed customer service a week ago to let them know I opened a dispute with my credit card issuer. No response or refund still. Absolutely appalling and I am so irritated to now have to track this dispute. Recommend you stay far away from Kooding.
